Elena is the founder and Partner of Elena Hajiroussou LLC. Elena graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from Keele University, England in 1991 and was admitted to the Cyprus Bar in 1993.
Elena has extensive experience in advising on private, public and European company law, commercial contracts, trusts, international franchises, licensing, mergers and acquisitions, property law, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, shipping (wet) and bare-boat chartering, trademarks, and wills.
Elena is also a a Full Member (TEP) of STEP, a visiting Lecturer for a leading bank in Cyprus and a permanent external Legal Advisor for Consulco Group.
Elena is a native Greek speaker and fluent in English
OLGA MARKOVA
Consultant
Dual Qualified English and Russian lawyer, Olga studied for her English law qualification with BPP University College in London. Olga is a Solicitor of the Higher Courts of England & Wales, holds LL.M. in Professional Legal Practice awarded by BPP University College in London, and is a Full Member (TEP) of STEP.
Olga has more than twenty years of international legal advisory experience and specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, trusts and succession planning.
ANASTASIA PIPERIDOU
Advocate
Anastasia holds a law degree awarded by the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece. She also holds a Master of Laws in European Law, awarded by the London Metropolitan University, UK.
Anastasia was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2007, and her experience includes advising on company, commercial, banking and property law, mergers, cross border mergers, and re - domiciliations.
Anastasia is a native Greek speaker and fluent in English.
